This policy explains what happens to your email address when you join the NowSteady waiting list.

Who we are

NowSteady is a trading name of Kilczuk.DEV Piotr Kilczuk (NIP 5213289582, REGON 146216178), registered at ul. hr. Alfreda Potockiego 188E/1, 35-322 Rzeszów, Poland. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at hello@nowsteady.com.

What we collect

When you sign up for the waiting list, we store your email address, the language you signed up in, and the date and time of your signup.

Why we collect it

We use your email address solely to send you a one-time confirmation link, and later to let you know when NowSteady is ready and to share occasional updates about its launch.

Legal basis

We process your email address on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the waiting list form.

Who else sees it

We use Resend to deliver our emails; your email address is shared with them solely to send you messages on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you withdraw consent or until the waiting list is no longer needed (for example, after NowSteady launches and the campaign concludes).

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@nowsteady.com and asking us to remove your address. You also have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your data, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
